response-sv’s Dynamic Vehicle Configurator enables us to generate new specifications within minutes, tailor-made to your needs and presented to you in a clear and concise manner.  Your special vehicles will be built to your individual needs, but you will not have to endure multiple lengthy “blank sheet of paper” meetings to define them – our configurator takes out the hard work, leaving you to easily select the detailed items important to you.

You can rest assured that the vehicle we build will be precisely as you configured.  Our integrated specification system operates from conception through to inspection, the options you selected directly generate your build description document and quotation, and then configure this information right the way through to detailed production line job instructions, bill of materials, inspection schedules, manuals and parts lists for our production staff.  This total integration means vehicle builds at response-sv may be managed effectively and efficiently, with no room for errors with designer or craftsman’s ‘interpretation’, and that your finished vehicle has the specification you asked for.

Through pre-engineering of ‘modular’ fitting options, we are able to furnish our vehicles with piece-parts manufactured using modern materials and assembly techniques, whilst still offering a variety of interior layouts and functional devices.

Our interior lockers and ceiling headliners, for example, are well-resolved, lightweight moulded polymer items, fabricated using patterns generated through genuine CAD-CAM processes, which utilize the advanced pattern making capacity offered by our 5-axis CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Machine.  There are no items of outdated timber/extrusion joinery in our vehicles:  Instead we have aesthetically and functionally superior mouldings, the technology for which gives our designers greater scope for more creative, complex forms and functions.
